On Wednesday, September 30, 2020, I, Mayor Ron Kott, have made arrangements with the Solano County Dept. of Health and Social Services to conduct a flu shot clinic. The clinic will at the Rio Vista Municipal Airport, located on Baumann Road. The clinic will start at 9 AM and extend to Noon. The shots will be free and open to all over the age of 6 months. The flu shots will be the standard dose as the state has not provided the high dose shot at this time. Another clinic is planned, likely in November. At that time, high dose shots may be available. The clinic will follow safe, distancing protocols. A drive-through option is being considered, but not a hundred percent yet. Let me know if you have any questions.

Due to his leadership, foreword thinking and positive outlook that Ron exudes how can you not vote for him? The town is in pretty good shape. The airport is practically at full capacity in the hangers and business office space, approximately 150 new jobs in town, because of proper business planning tax revenue is at an all time high, selling the City’s property to businesses in the industrial park which in turn gets more local jobs, more business and more jobs can bring more planned controlled growth and housing for new workers and new opportunities for our City, infrastructure upgrades throughout the City, pay increases for employees, good relationships with the County Sheriff’s Office for our police protection, new equipment for the Public Works and Fire Departments, the boat ramp rebuild, and much more tangible plans and real futures for this City then what the opposition is spewing and promising by throwing everything up against the wall and see what sticks for their ideas.
Let’s help Ron finish what he started. Vote Ron Kott for Rio Vista Mayor on November 3rd!
